The whole process is Super Fast.. I am really impressed. Without any hassles I was able to complete and pay bill within few seconds.
Why can’t emails be used for sending security codes
For those of us who travel globally the phone numbers don’t always work in new geographies. Emails ALWAYS work. Why does Wells Fargo only use phones for sending security codes? Why can’t they, like all the other banks, also provide the option to use email to receive such codes?
Result - people like us who keep an international phone number cannot make any sort of transfers. Makes Wells Fargo come across as a very local bank when all the other banks are global in nature or have clients that are global travelers (all the more true for the new generations). The world is getting more global as we move forward and Wells Fargo is going to lose the race.
It's seem less. Does everything without needing a Computer. Very happy with it. Thanks Wells Fargo
