Description
Growing up on the borders of the city, our founders were always closer to the nature . Passionately fed by their mother with pure wholesome food every day, they became connoisseurs of all that was produced naturally and tasted good. Destiny soon took them to far away nations where they studied and mastered their skills. It was destiny again that brought them back to their motherland. It was then they realized how difficult it had become for people to eat organic food in the cities of India. People were desperately wishing to move towards a healthier way of eating, but there was no one to cater to the need. That’s when their passion for organic food gave birth to a dream, the dream to provide their nation with natural, nutritious, pure and wholesome food.
Dairy is at the heart of everyone’s diet in India. Milk and all the other dairy products made from it, like butter, yogurt, ice-cream and cheese are the main stay of all that we eat here. So, as a first step to our dream, we have created a 25 acre farm on a beautiful piece of land on the borders of Rajasthan. We call it Whyte Farms.

A totally amateur run company
A couple of years ago I decided to switch to fresh milk (not the yucky Mother Dairy stuff). After a few tries with different companies delivering at your doorstep, I decided to go with Whytefarms. Initially everything worked fine, even during the lockdowns, but then later I started to regret it. Super late deliveries, missing stuff and then substandard products, especially those that are 3rd party ones. No doubt the quality of the milk (and other milk products ) as well as the breads are superb, but the late deliveries of milk caused the milk to go bad quickly. No amount of complaints was good enough to rectify it - a couple of times thereafter the supply would arrive early but then the old pattern would resume! Just goes on to show how much they care!
Customer service is very bad
Found Milk quality is fine so far, but customer service is bad. There is no way to send feedback through App or mail etc in case you have any issue. You have to call a number given there, which is hardly ever responds.
So too much if pain
Excellent Products
WhyteFarms has arguably the best of milk products in India at the moment and I have a very high rating for them, with consistent quality standards, but the app needs a bit of help, one needs to look through for billing related issues but customer service is prompt and replies to one’s satisfaction levels. Delivery 🚚 is no fuss at all but sometimes the boy goofs up by ringing morning 🔔 It’s always easy to order on the app but managing subscriptions can be slightly troublesome for which it is better to use the web app via internet. Keep Going 👍🏻
