Frequent disconnections

Hello Windscribe,

Your state of the art ikev2 VPN service is admirable, amazing speed throughout the day and night! Im your proud user for the past 2 years and keep on referring friends!
But what has happened after ios 13, when my device goes on lock screen, and does not matter if I return after 5 minutes or 1 hour, I see the VPN logo on top, but nothing loads. I have to open the app and the connection circle rotates and tries to reconnect! This is too frequent everyday and I have to disconnect and reconnect again so the VPN is active and all my notifications will pop up!
I have been waiting for you to fix this but until now 2 updates are out and this issue is not resolved!

Before ios 13, I did not even have to open the windscribe app at all! Even for 10 days! And VPN connection was seamless and uninterrupted! Even if I restart my device, it used to connect by itself without the need to open the app!

I love Windscribe but I can not afford

This App and Service is best in the world I love to use it since 2017 but then i get 5year plan in very cheap but now I don’t get that price again and I want to join premium subscription but it is very costly for me i can not afford and I want to tell administrators kindly reduce the price accordingly to Indian People.
We are not spend that price for privacy but as competitive to other companies Windscribe should think once about Indian Standards. I hope as soon i will get a cheaper one again.

I think Windscribe is really generous in their offering of unlimited device state of the art privacy protection with their pro subscription. For speed their are very few competitors out there in this highly competitive VPN market but Windscribe please take a note and surpass your competitor. Highly recommend.
