The app needs to be improved a lot to provide seamless banking experience. The current app lacks the smoothness in many respects, like
1. The keyboard doesn’t pops out at the time it should, like at the time of making a fund transfer it doesn’t pop out.
2. The offers in apps are having bugs. I had to loose my ₹180 for no ticket booking in Cinépolis and also no refund of the transaction. Complained so many times but no action by both bank and merchant.
3. Developers of the app plz see once Hdfc bank app for better development

Useless App


I tried to login with my Credit Card details but after entering all the details it asks for OTP which as per App “is sent to my registered mobile number”, but I never received any OTP, even once! I tried multiple times for at least a week, raised a complaint with customer care but the issue is still not fixed & finally I have removed the app from my phone!

If your App doesn’t work the way you are telling then what’s the point of keeping it even in App Store? Please remove this app from App Store too, as it’s a totally useless app.

App not working after recent update


Hi, this app is perfect, but its not opening at all after I updated it yesterday. I uninstalled & installed again but still not opening. I am not even able to install previous version that was working fine. I got iPhone 4s with ios 9.2. Plz resolve this issue. Thanxxx.
