iPhone X support?
It’s been a long time since iPhone X was launched! Apple is about to launch the next model now!! It’s a shocker that you still did not find time to update the interface! Also please resolve the issue of ur servers. I am not able to link my insurance! Not sure why I have to do that manually in the first place!!
Update: when I mean iPhone X support.. I mean using the app in full screen and not just running the app in a mode where it is obvious I can see the black bar on the top and bottom. I don’t need to send any screenshots.. u can run and u should see how it looks on iPhone X . It’s disappointing when u say it runs smoothly on iPhone X without accepting the fact that the designs need to be updated for iPhone X and app has to run in full screen.

We have tested the YONO on iPhone X in our Lab and its working smoothly, hence requesting you to kindly share the screenshots along with details so that our technical team can analyse and revert. You can link your SBI Life insurance polices purchased from SBI Bank Branches only . Please ensure that you have sufficient bandwidth of internet connection in your mobile. Nice but options for improvement
I really like this and I have given 4*. The ramaining start may aquire with the following improvements...
1. Enable touch id for touch enable phone like iPhone 7 above
2. In the home page in the middle circle if I tap to see balance then I am able to see one of my account balance. Instead it can open number of bubles like Apple Game center withe different accounts and their balances.
3. PPF is showing under fixed deposit. Not sure the significance.
4. My SBI Life Insuarance should be automatically tagged. Why do I need to provide policy number.
5. During transitions of different screens instead of showing white page try to show some loading symbol or something else.
6. A confirmation dialog should appear after pressing log out.
7. Finally if you are saying this is the one then please decommission all other apps like SBI Anywhere, SBI Buddy etc which is actually confusing and it will save the cost on your side to maintain as well as increase the YONO app use count.

Useless application, developer should go jail
One of the pathetic application I have ever used. The developer should be hanged till death or each day should stand in queues at SBI branch dealing with sleeping, lethargic employees. This app is not at all user friendly, u can’t reset your password easily, nor it works all the time. Always says Maintainace is going on. It is a shame when other banks has developed and integrated technologies like voice recognition and our SBI bank is not able to provide basic services. Make this application user friendly and there will be less number of customer at your door steps. No one wants to visit your branch and meet your non customer centric staff. Please do something. Hire few talented people and don’t give contract out of corruption to a vendor.
