Consiglio questa applicazione dove ad eseguire L’ esercizio sono persone vere in tempo reale e a velocità reale.
In questo modo è possibile scorgere come eseguire correttamente l’esercizio, quali errori evitare
sia ha un’idea chiara e precisa degli esercizi specialmente per chi inizialmente deve imparare un esercizio nuovo mai eseguito

Ottimo per chi ha poco tempo

Avendo un bimbo piccolo per me è difficilissimo trovare il tempo per allenarmi. Con questa applicazione sono riuscita a ottimizzare tempi e a trovare il modo per fare qualche esercizio a casa e tenermi in forma.
