Un valido aiuto per fare zazen


Pratico meditazione zen da diversi anni ed ero sospettosa di questo modo di fare una meditazione guidata.
Mi sbagliavo, a pensarci con calma è ovvio.
La voce che guida lo fa bene e la cosa che conta, l’unica veramente, non è certo aspettare di farlo perfettamente. È mettersi lì e farlo.
Questa app ti aiuta: ti guida, ti ricorda gentilmente di farlo, lo rende più piacevole, ti rammenta di non punzecchiarti giudicando (male) la tua performance meditativa perché non è certo una performance...
È quindi uno strumento utile e abile per chi pratica.
La consiglio anche se molti contenuti sono a pagamento.

Probabilmente la migliore


Probabilmente la migliore nel suo genere. Ormai la conosco da diversi anni e in tutte le sue precedenti vesti grafiche. Molto completa con svariati tipi di meditazione (anche se alcuni tendono a somigliarsi troppo). Ottima l’implementazione del suono anche con schermo spento.
Rispetto alle precedenti interfacce grafiche noto che però ha perso un po della sua semplicità e immediatezza che la distingueva.
