Calm saves your meditation and sleep sessions to your Apple Health app.

Subscription pricing and terms:
Calm offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $12.99/month and an auto-renewing yearly subscription at $69.99/year to provide you with unlimited access to the Calm Collection while you maintain an active subscription. Calm also offers a Lifetime subscription for $299.99 which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment with unlimited access to the Calm Collection forever.

Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

This is a big update just in time for the holidays, and we’re excited to unveil new features and new content.

We're delighted to release a Sleep Timer for Calm Music and Soundscapes. You can fall asleep knowing your music or soundscape will stop after your specified time. Tap the timer icon in the music player to set one up.

You can now set up Siri Shortcuts to ask Siri to 'Play the Daily Calm,' 'Play a Sleep Story' and more. Simply go to Siri Shortcuts in your Calm Settings to set them up. It's a magical experience to lay in bed, say "Hey Siri, play a favorite Sleep Story" and fall asleep to one your favorite sleep stories all without touching your phone.

We've released 2 new Calm Masterclasses including one by Calm's Head of Mindfulness, Tamara Levitt, teaching us the tools, insights, and inspiration to cultivate a life-changing practice of gratitude. And one by Jason Kidd, NBA Hall of Famer and two-time Olympic Gold Medalist sharing his mindset, habits, and routines to help you perform at your very best.

Il miglior regalo per il vostro benessere

Ammetto che ero scettica prima di scaricarla ma già usandola nel periodo gratuito mi aveva convinto. Son passata al premium a 36€ ed è stato il miglior regalo a me stessa: ogni giorno dedico quei 10 minuti a fare meditazione per migliorare me stessa e saper affrontare le situazioni con più consapevolezza e accettazione. Anche se può sembrare costosa come app devo dire che sono davvero ben organizzati i contenuti che focalizzano su diversi temi: gestire lo stress , le relazioni con gli altri e con se stessi, le emozioni forti, i traumi, ecc. Mi ha colpito la semplicità dell’utilizzo e come ogni sessione sia in realtà un condensato di psicologia sintetizzata dai migliori esperti internazionali.
Ottime anche le musiche di fondo che ognuno può scegliere: aiutano la pratica giornaliera. In sintesi, se volete farvi un regalo acquistatela!!

Un valido aiuto per fare zazen

Pratico meditazione zen da diversi anni ed ero sospettosa di questo modo di fare una meditazione guidata.
Mi sbagliavo, a pensarci con calma è ovvio.
La voce che guida lo fa bene e la cosa che conta, l’unica veramente, non è certo aspettare di farlo perfettamente. È mettersi lì e farlo.
Questa app ti aiuta: ti guida, ti ricorda gentilmente di farlo, lo rende più piacevole, ti rammenta di non punzecchiarti giudicando (male) la tua performance meditativa perché non è certo una performance...
È quindi uno strumento utile e abile per chi pratica.
La consiglio anche se molti contenuti sono a pagamento.
