Very disorganized app
This app is very bad developed.
I receive mail from Cigna asking for more info and I can’t enter the open claim and see what is on it and add new document requested by Cigna.
Further I do not know what documents they are missing or are illegible for them, since there is no way to show what was in the claim.
I don’t know where to add the document asked.
I feel very uncomfortable with the service provided by Cigna.
