su iMac ottima

devo ammettere che non mel a ricordavo, e ripulendo il Mac, l’ho provata, con molta soddisfazione. Non so che algoritmo usi, ma funziona. Occhio però alle foto scattate in sequenza, controllate sempre i metadati prima di cancellare. Ottima anche con iPhoto (oppure Foto).

non cancella le foto sulla NAS!

ho provato a far scansionare le foto che ho sulla mia NAS, viste regolarmente da OSX e dalla applicazione, dopo aver effettuato la scansione manualmente scelgo quali foto cancellare e chiedo all’applicazione di eliminarle. Mi appare un popup che mi avverte che l’azione elimina le foto che ho selezionato. Confermo l’operazione, dall’applicazione non le ho piu visibili ma nella cartella sono ancora presenti! La app andrebbe anche bene, molto accurata nella ricerca ma se non esegue una delle operazioni principali non posso dare che un giudizio negativo.

Non distingue foto modificate

Per fortuna me ne sono reso conto prima di ultimare il procedimento: l’applicazione include nei risultati, ritenendoli doppioni, anche i duplicati creti appositamente e poi modificati su iOS con filtri o ritagli (che non modificano i metadati delle foto). Se avete file del genere in libreria, questa app non vi sarà di aiuto a meno che non spendiate molto tempo a controllare manualmente ogni singolo elemento.
