GLS App, so many features "in the palm of your hand"
How far along is your shipment?
Thanks to a simple and intuitive interface, with the GLS App you will be able to search, in real time, your domestic and international shipments and know their status, from pickup to delivery.
Your searches will remain stored in an archive for later review. In addition, you will have the ability to share the status of your shipment via WhatsApp, email or SMS.
Need to make a return?
With the GLS App, you will be able to view a list of all GLS Locations, and by taking advantage of your phone's built-in GPS, you will be able to find the Location or GLS Parcel Shop closest to you.
Sudden change of schedule?
With Flex Delivery you can customize your shipment by requesting a different delivery date or choosing another of the flexibility options that may be available.

App discreta, ma si dovrebbe migliorare, creando un area riservata per gli abbonati. Migliorare anche la tracciatura delle spedizioni.
Pessimo e inutile
Ho scaricato l’app sperando dinesser in grado di tracciare una spedizione e di poter comunicare con un operatore di GLS ( dato che avevo perso 2 ore, si DUE ore rimanendo in linea con la sede di GLS a Fiano Romano e non mi era stata inviata ina risposta da parte loro alla mail che avevo inviato). L’app non aggiunge nulla al sito... bon da più informazioni e sopratutto non c’è manco un chat per dialogare con un operatore. Riassumendo: app inutile.
App da migliorare
Applicazione discreta, adatta per lo più a utenti che devono ricevere un pacco, scomodissima per chi, come me, vorrebbe monitorare al meglio le proprie spedizioni.
Trovare l'area di login non è molto intuitivo, occorre cercare nei vari menù.
Se si vuole avere un'unica app sua per utenti che per aziende, a mio avviso è meglio rendere più visibile e fruibile l'area di login.
