Awful application
I really wonder how in May 2023 (which means 8 months after the iPhone 14, 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max have been released along with iOS 16) is it still possible to have an airways carrier app that is so bad… the user interface is not compatible with the new iPhones and both controls/writings are covered by the dynamic island of the phone and cannot be used properly… not to mention that the user interface is so old and slow if compared to the apps of the competitors (just compare it with Emirates or Lufthansa for instance).
Furthermore, I tried to make a booking for a multi city trip and every time I tried to put the dates for the various trips it kept messing up with the airports and the dates as well.
This app really needs a full overhaul if Kuwait Airways cares about customer satisfaction.
I booked numerous trips through other apps and I never had such a bad experience.

Can it be you cannot do a nice app for the company you are working for ?
Every time you update I have problem with my booking !!!
