Per me è la migliore

Uso Lose it da ormai un anno e non credo di poterne fare a meno. La grafica è molto carina e l’app è molto intuitiva. Simpatica l’idea dei badge. Ho un bug da segnalare e alcuni consigli:
-A volte, se modifico i valori nutrizionali di un prodotto, questi non vengono salvati e ritornano a quelli precedenti.

Consigli:
-quando devo registrare un nuovo cibo, vorrei che ci fosse la tastiera numerica così da non scorrere ogni volta fino a 100 per poi selezionare i grammi (raramente i valori nutrizionali sui prodotti sono presenti in porzione. Sono quasi sempre per 100g)
-quando creo una mia ricetta, oltre alle calorie vorrei sapere da subito anche gli altri valori nutrizionali, così da non dover ogni volta salvare, cercare la ricetta e controllare. Inoltre, sarebbe utile impostare, anche per le ricette, il peso in grammi (se faccio un dolce che pesa 300 grammi potrei non voler dividere in fette uguali e regolarmi invece con il suo peso)
- aggiungere la possibilità di sincronizzare l’app con lo xiaomi mi band (3 e 4) e con la bilancia sensit di prozis!

Per il resto, è tra le migliori!

Ottima app

Stò usando questa app da appena 1 settimana ... e ho buttato giù 3 kg! La uso minuziosamente, si può scannerizzare il bar code di un prodotto e ti dà tutte le sue caratteristiche. Per i prodotti senza bar code c’è un elenco vastissimo e sinora ho trovato tutto quello che cercavo. Semplice da utilizzare e molto intuitiva! Naturalmente associata ad una attività fisica.

Ho perso 6 chili in un mese vivo in Italia ma Giro per il mondo e trovo quasi tutti piatti mondiali con i Nomi reali
. Direi che è una app fantastica . Complimenti vorrei che sviluppatore inserisca anche le vitamine e minerali completi nei cibi . Grazie
