Issues with ios 12.4 on iphone xs

The app is no longer working on my device since one week.
I removed and installed back the app and still not functional.
It remains stuck in the display preferences page, clicking on continue and nothing happens.
Please fix it.

Video not working

On both the iPad and iOS version video watching no longer works. They open and close immediately. Looks like a privileges issue
