Funziona bene, dall’app si può tracciare il proprio pacco per essere sicuri che stia arrivando, dato che a volte impiega molto tempo. Difetto principale: i filtri non funzionano oppure non sono precisi, potete migliorare.

mi piace moltissimo, comoda, veloce, organizzata bene è facile da usare. inoltre ti propone outfit già fatti dai quali ispirarsi e ogni utente ha uno spazio dove -se vuole- può condividere i propri. in più si possono accumulare punti che poi si trasformano in sconti/spedizione gratuita/coupon. 5 stelle meritate!
Non è arrivato nulla
Ho ordinato un costume il 2 aprile. Ad oggi non è arrivato nulla. I termini di consegna erano 18-24 gg ma nulla... quando si clicca sulle info di tracciamento del pacco dice “nessuna info” già dal momento in cui l’ho ordinato.
Ho scritto al call center già almeno 5 volte, hanno detto che avrebbero fatto qualcosa ma non ho più saputo niente, e l’unica risposta che ho ricevuto è stata “se non arriva il 1º giugno allora faremo qualcosa”. Peccato che i termini fossero 18-24 gg e che il costume mi servisse entro domani (non per altro lo avevo ordinato un mese e mezzo fa).
