Reflecting upon the lessons learned from the formulation, development, operation, and utilization of human spaceflight programs is critical to the development of future of manned exploration programs. Many of the master practitioners involved in Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, Space Shuttle, International Space Station, and Constellation have shared their stories with current and future practitioners to ensure that important lessons are passed down through the generations.
