On this album dedicated to the wonderful compositions by Milton Nascimento with lyricists Ronaldo Bastos, Fernando Brant, or Márcio Borges, Regina covers in great shape, with all her sensitivity, classic tunes such as "Nada Será Como Antes," "Morro Velho," "Cais," "Travessia," and many others. The atmosphere ranges from the calm, poetic, longing, meditative, to mid-tempo 6/8 grooves that are preferred by Nascimento and the mineiros, but nothing about those fierce, hot, swinging sambas that are Regina's trademark. This is the CD reissue of a compilation album recorded between 1966 and 1978 by Polygram (Fontana Special).
