The app page shuts down when I try to upload the PDF
Hi, I was trying to claim the missing miles. In the page, we are supposed to upload the proof such as a boarding pass or e-ticket. But when I select the file and upload, the missing miles section closes and i could not push to submit. So Basically whenever I try to upload it closes the page (not the entire app itself)
I can't make a reservation from my PC
No matter how many times I made a reservation from my computer, I couldn't proceed to the final decision. When I called the support center and asked, I was told to "install the app on your mobile phone and make a reservation".

機内モードだとオンラインチェックインできない
海外で機内モードで使用だとオンラインチェックインができない仕様に変わってしまった。前は回線関係なくチェックインできたが機内モードでは未保存のチケットの確認ができないとのこと。
これではアプリダウンロードする意味がないしメリットがない。
