ファイル名がNull表示

インターフェイスが非常にわかりにくい。
特にファイルを開くときに端末にダウンロードするとファイル名が(null)となるのは致命的。
いちいち名前と拡張子をつけないといけない。
せっかく、便利に扱うためのソフトなので、Dropboxなどのアプリをみて大幅な手直しをして欲しい。
ハードウェアが良いのにアプリがこの出来では全くダメです。個人消費者向けに協力なキラーアプリができれば、他メーカーにも勝ち、Googleのデータ移行者に歓迎されるはず。
協力は惜しまないので徹底した改善を希望します。

The interface is very confusing.
In particular, it is fatal that when I open a file and download it to my iPhone device, the file name becomes (null). You have to give the file a name and extension every time.

The software, you should design to be convenient, So, you have to major improvements of this software to become to apps like Dropbox.

The asustor’s nas hardware is very good, so if the app can become a killer app that goes beyond other personal Soho nas makers, it should attract more users. I'm willing to help, so I hope you'll make thorough improvements!

使えなくなった

今までは、クラウド再生中に、ipodの画面が暗くなったりしなかったのに
クラウド再生の機能は、他では、dropboxなどにいちいち登録しないといけないのに、このソフトは、直接再生できたから良かったのに

ipadとvlcは、セッションがすぐ切れるし

なんとかしてほしい

Hello, please allow us to response in English.
iOS didn't allow the App that is not music player to keep streaming in background. AiData is not a music player App, it can only keep the player in foreground, and the music you selected can playback till the end.
Please help to use AiMusic as music player to playback NAS music files, and it will keep playback in background, the screen can be off during playing.

AiData is down when opening EZ Sync...

AiData is down when I'm opening the EZ Sync holder...
Once I deleted AiData apps, and I downloaded/re-installed it. But it was same resault...😠
