Hello, thank you for your comment. We are aware of this issue, and are working on trying to resolve it. And, as you said, the notification will not come in if app is closed. So as a workaround for now, you may need to have our app run in the background if you wish to receive alerts. Should you have any questions, please email our support team at support.ai@amaryllo.us.
