Download Shuttle is a blisteringly fast download accelerator and manager, and it’s free! All downloads made via Download Shuttle are multi-segmented, i.e., each file is split into many smaller parts that are simultaneously being downloaded. This ensures that the speeds you experience are a lot faster as your bandwidth is maximized.

引越しして通信環境が悪くなったので導入しました。
これを導入して比較的安定にダウンロードできるようになりました。
ただ、分割数が多いと３０％程度の確率で欠損します。

Good but could be better.

As it stands it’s a good functioning app. However there are some basic and more advanced features that it needs to be a better app.
1: The ability to access the Keychain for sites that need account credentials. Or the ability to store passwords for them.
2: The ability to have specific site files download to different locations based on the host address.
3: The ability for the completed download queue to clean itself up.
4: The ability to have the default number of download chuncks to be changed.
Using it to download a lot of files (hundreds to thousands) becomes more of a tedius task than a speedy process.
