All of a sudden selling all of my positions
EToro sent a notice three days ago asking why I had login records from Japan and this was ‘only a security check’
Then they sent another email telling me they couldn’t support transactions in Japan so they needed to close my eToro account soon.
They said I could sell the positions in 5 days.
But the next day they themselves just closed all my positions without notifying me by email or any thing! I wrote an email to ask about the surprise, it’s been 1.5days there has been no response about the reasons.
I used to like the copying popular traders function and eToros ability to let us deposit credit by credit card.
But how they has handled this big change for me is really, really disappointing.
I probably will never use them anymore.

We would like to apologize for such a late response.
It’s been a long time since this review was left and we’re unable to respond specifically to what may have happened on your trading account back then.
What we can say however is that eToro is and has always been a fully regulated investment platform where our actions are fully monitored. This means that we cannot and do not do things that aren’t in the best interest of our users, or worse, things that are deliberately harmful to them.
eToro offers its services to clients around the globe. However, due to various restrictions, be it regulatory or due to internal policies, we can't offer our services in all countries. Therefore, once a client moves into a country we cannot service, we give him a warning ahead of time about the closure of the positions.
Please note that the outcome of the trading is separate from our ability to offer the services. Any profits or losses will be calculated into the final balance available to withdraw when the account closes down.
Unfortunately, that is a necessary part of managing our client acceptance policy, we wish we could have accepted all clients everywhere in the world.

Leverage back
If you use this app, it will change leverage, when you have chance to make money. Hey etoro, I suggest you improve it! Keep the leverage normal, don’t change it, or I think you are going to lose a lot of users.
