アップデートに伴う反応性の悪化

音楽を聴きながら演奏できること、鍵盤の反応性も良いことなどから数年前から愛用しております。
しかし先日のアップデートの際から「自由に演奏」の時に鍵盤の反応性が著しく悪化し、叩いても音が出ない、すぐに反応しないなどの症状が出ております。
長年音楽を聴きながら演奏をするのが日々の楽しみになっていたので、困っています。
早急に原因の究明と修復をお願い致します。

ソングパック

ずっとloading song packs と出て、読み込み中のままです。iPhone xで使用しています。
家族のiPhone 8なら、Popsなどのソングパックが出てきます。なぜですか？

ios11.1.2で不具合

ios11.1.2で不具合が起きています。鍵盤を押してもほとんど音が鳴りません。10回連続で押して3回鳴ればいい方です。以前ios8で使っていたときにはこの不具合がなく快適に使えていただけに残念です。
次回のアップデートでこの不具合の修正と、出来たらアプリ内でピアノの音量をもっと上げられるようにしてほしいです。
