agak kecewa. di saat butuh gopay PAKE BANGET, malah ga bisa di pakai. TOP UP, WITHDRAW SALDO, beli cash di kkp sama order gofood ga bisa. pas awal komplain, csnya agak cepet nanggapin tapi tetep ga ada perubahan.
edit : besoknya cs langsung telepon buat konfirmasi perihal gopay. jadi saya edit rating yang saya kasih kemaren.

received an ride invoice without the app
I’m currently in Tokyo and do not have the Gojek app on my phone anymore. Yet I just received an invoice via email for a trip from Aljunied to East Coast. I’m worried that my payment info that i previously saved in the app has been breached. This needs to be taken care of urgently.
I do not even have my log in information anymore. Please contact me to issue refund, remove payment info from my dormant account and have my account deleted! I have not used the account for more than 3 years and it’s unbelievable that payment info in the acc can still be access without any verification!!
