妻と一緒に非常に楽しんでプレイさせて頂いてます。
子供も好きなシリーズで、ゲーム自体も非常に面白いので、家族の団欒の一つになっています。

ところで、データのバックアップがFacebookとの連携しか無いのはどうにかならないでしょうか。
先日、妻がiOSのアップデートをしたところ、データがリセットされてしまいました。
メジャーアップデートではなく、マイナーアップデートです。
妻はFacebookアカウントを持っていない為、連携もしておらず、途方に暮れています。

とりあえず、サポートにはメールさせて頂きましたが、まだ回答待ちです。
何卒、ご対応のほど宜しくお願い致します。

すごく楽しいゲームです！

ただ1つ問題があって、ブリーディング時間短縮やレアリティが1番低いドラゴンのガチャを引く等に動画広告を見る必要があります！
ですが、何回動画を再生してもエラーが発生してしまい報酬を受け取ることが出来ないです
インターネットの接続、広告ブロックアプリ、アプリの再ダウンロード等思いつく対処はしてみましたが全部効果なしでした
動画広告でのエラーさえ無くなれば星5のゲームです！
ぜひ対処をお願いします！

Can’t play

Launching the game produces a splash screen with a progress bar that’s going nowhere. I am guessing the game is downloading additional data, but there’s nothing to indicate that this is the case.

If you need to have your app download data, please (1) indicate how much I data needs to be downloaded so users will have a sense how long they need to wait, and (2) give users a chance to opt out of the download if at all possible.
