I cant log in

I cant log in to my account. It says that”this email is not registered try making a new account” and when i made a new account it says that im registered with this email try to log in again but when i did, the same thing happened.

当選通知は来ず。カスタマーセンターからも無視

当選者にのみEメールが来ると記載されていたため、来ないものはすでに外れたものかと思っていたが、ある日たまたまアプリを見たところ、その数日前に応募していた店頭受け取りの商品が当選のステータスになっていた。

ただ、メールがなかったため気づくまで日数が立ってしまっていた。念のため、迷惑メールフォルダなど確認できるところは全て確認し、登録しているアドレスも正しいものかも再度確認したが、やはり誤っている部分はなかった。

カスタマーセンターにメールで問い合わせたところ、状況確認し、24時間以内に返信すると返事があった。
その後ちょうど24時間後くらいにきたメールが、カスタマーセンターの対応についての評価依頼だった。

？？？なぜ当選通知やカスタマーセンターからの返信は届かないくせに、評価依頼のメールは届く？
ほんとにこのアプリに☆5つけてるのはサクラなのでは？と思うくらい、他の人が言うようにひどいです。
