This is great app and keep ordering.... short time now but just great app. Thank you for brining this into life. I wish you very good luck keep going. Improvements: Customer service is useless. But I believe we will improve as we get more civilised. When restaurants cancel order or couldn’t deliver. We expect at least receive money back. Currently if anything paid nothing come back. Paid for some service and found it is not applicable in my area or to me. Found that just in a minute but money does not come back. Like a scam! Far long to go. Wish good luck and keep going we all are with you.

口コミ評価はインド人基準なので、そういう目線で見ると美味しいお店に当たります。(イタリアンで味が薄い、と評価されてる方が本場の味、など)
デリバリーが充実。Paytmと併用すると大変に便利。今回のロックダウンでさらに便利さ爆発しています。

The driver ate my food! ドライバーが信用出来ない

You can not trust ZOMATO driver. There’s few times I didn’t receive my orders!

ZOMATO support team wasn’t helpful with me. They hang up phone while I was taking just because they don’t know what to do with the issue. That was so rude!

They should have PENALTIES when the customer didn’t receive the meal!

注文した物が届かない時がある。zomatoのサポートセンターに連絡しても「ドライバーがもう配達したと言っている」と言ってそれ以上取りあってくれない。誰かが私のお金で無料のごはんを食べている。ドライバーが食べてるのかもしれない。
