ただの置物、カメラもサポートも役に立たず

Apple Watchで見ることが出来るWEBカメラと知り、古い品で評判も良く無いけど購入したら一度も画像を見る事が出来ませんでした
セットアップは無事に終わりましたが専用アプリを立ち上げるといつでもどこでもいつまでも「読込み中」です
サポートにメールを送ったら日本語のサポートは終わったからソフトバンクに聞け、で終了
英語で聞いたらフォーラムで調べるか聞くかしろで終了
サポートの存在する意味がありません
ソフトバンクの方は今のところ返事が来ませんが、今のところカメラとしてまともに使えない置物です

オススメしない

カメラのデザインが部屋に馴染むものを探して、購入しました。カメラは気に入っています。しかし、一番カメラの機能を発揮してほしい不在時は、ほぼ使えないです。
同じ建物内(wi-fi)で離れたところに置く程度でしか、使えないですね。。
また、Mac BOOKを持ち出すことがないので、そちらで録画していようと思っても、こちらのアプリはMacBookはありません
他、Apple Watch、iPadはアプリ対応してるようです。Apple Watchも持ってますが、外出先で使えないので、ホント意味がありません。室内用のみで、購入させる方以外はオススメできないですね。
デザインが素敵なので残念です
出来れば、早急にMacBookでも使用できるアプリを作ってほしいです。
一番使いたかった旅行中に防犯に使えず、残念です。
