再契約

久しぶりに再契約したところ　ログインはできるのだが　再び料金選択画面になってしまい　その先に進めない（支払い済みと表示される）
何度かのメールでのやり取りで　ログアウト後にメールアドレスを
〇〇〇@icloud.comから
〇〇〇@me.comに変更してログイン→パスワードが違う→パスワードの再設定の流れで視聴できるようになった
私は英語ができないので翻訳アプリやスクショを使っての説明になったのだが　最後までしっかりとサポートしてくれた
同じようなことで困っている方がいたら参考にしてほしい

“Account password reset” problem

Can not re-set password.
(1) I input my account email on “password reset” page
(2) I received an email with a link of “click here to reset your password”

However, the link doesn’t lead me to reset password but the “password reset” page which is exactly same page of (1)

So, I can not reset my account password forever.
I have not accessing ATP Tennis since mid December last year. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

マスターズ2連戦、単複全試合観れるようですよ。

テニス好き🎾にとっては砂漠のオアシスのようなアプリです。日本でテレビ向けに放送される大会以外はライブ/再生で視聴できるので自分の都合にあわせて楽しめるんです。
再生視聴できるアーカイヴも豊富で、好きな選手名で検索をかけるとリストになります。名勝負がたくさん…！
アプリ内、放送とも言語は英語です。ただ、操作方法は簡単なので、英語のボタンでも利用にはあまり困らないと思います。解説のない放送もありますが、会場にいて観てるみたいでそれもとてもいいです。
普段は大会中の全試合が放送されるわけではなく、特にダブルスのゲームはほとんど映らないのですが、現在進行中のマスターズ2連戦(IWとマイアミ)はシングルス/ダブルス全試合ライブでまたリプレイで観戦できます。正直言って寝る時間が惜しいくらいいいゲームがたくさんで、特にダブルスは観ていて楽しいです。
(余談ですが広報用のツイッターでは有名選手優位の取り上げ方で時々ガッカリしてます。どの選手もいいプレーのないゲームなんてないし、そして有名選手だけでツアーなんてできないでしょ？テニスTVはATPの盛り立て役と違うのですかー)
