사이즈 찾기도 편하고 이것저것 알아보기가 쉽네요
다른 쇼핑몰 어플보면 너무 복잡해서 장바구니가 어딨는지도 모르겠던데...;
개인적으로 많이보는 사이즈랑 장바구니가 들어가기 편해서 좋네요
그럼 앞으론 교환, 반품 안된다는 건가? ㅋ
3번째 반품해도 옷이 불량으로 오길래 반품, 교환 문의하는곳에 문의를 해봤어요 그래서 불량인 사진 여러장 보내니까 직원이 불량이니까 옷이 오면 반품을 해준데요 그래서 직원이 불량이라니까 나도 불량인가 하고 옷을 보냈죠 원래도 직원이 불량이래서 보내면 불량이 맞았으니까 당연한줄 알았죠 근데 저한테 연락이 왔어요 이거 불량 아니니까 배송 왕복비를 내야된다고 저는 좀 황당했어요 직원이 불량이래서 옷을 보낸거고 평소에도 불량이라고 해서 보내면 항상 불량이 맞았거든요 그래서 문의를 다시 했죠 이게 어딜봐서 불량이 아니냐 하니까 계속 우기더라고요 불량아니라고. 그러다가 3번째쯤에 제가 불량인 사진 제대로 찍어서 보여주니까 그때서야 이번에 마지막으로 이번만 무상교환 해준다고 하는거에요 불량인 사진보고나서. 그러면 애초에 불량도 보내지말고 불량이 아니라고 했어야지 안그래요? 그리고 저는 반품을 원한건데 자기멋대로 교환도 아니고 그냥 불량인 옷을 다시 저한테 보냈어요. 진짜 어이없더라고요 직원이 좀 누구 골탕먹이는거 좋아하나봐요 ㅋ (그날따라 왠지 들떠있더라고요 ^^ 이런 표시하면서)
