이제 3일 했는데 리뷰남겨달라고 해서 남깁니다
이제 겨우 3일이라 뭐 별반 다른 건 없지만 배경화면에 떡하고 앱아이콘이 버티고 있으니 시간날 때 한번씩 하게되네요 세트수가 좀 적긴하지만 무료어플치고 짜임새가 있어서 맘에 듭니다
당연히 무료운동앱 중에 제일 좋고, 다른 유료앱과 비교해도 부족함이 없습니다.
근력 운동만이 목적이 아니라 근력 운동이 어느정도 포함된 전반적인 데일리 운동용으로 좋아요.
스마트기능 활용하면 운동하면서 어려웠는지 쉬웠는지 본인 피드백에 따라서 다음 번 운동 내용도 바뀌네요. 무료앱인데 이정도.
집에서 혼자 간편하게 운동하기 너무 좋습니다!!!!
