With the miniHABITS app, you can train yourself to learn habits as portrayed in Stephen Guise's Mini Habits: Smaller Habits, Bigger Results.

Stephen Guise is an American power blogger, and an expert in personal development strategies. His blog, 'Deep Existence' has been voted as the 'most influential personal development blog' in 2012.

Stephen Guise's strategy of mini habits have been designed to fit the fast and hectic lifestyle that many live today. Rather than to have a big dream, Guise advocates that daily mini habits will drastically change one's life.

With the miniHABITs app, you can effectively create and manage your habits.

[An eye opening example]
■ GOAL: type a full A4 SIZED page daily.
■ RESULTS: In 1 year, you have 365 pages, the rough equivalent of 3.5 fiction novels.

[Main Functions]
■ Weekly habit management: It is most effective to track your habits weekly. If you have failed at maintaining a certain habit, it is recommended that you lower the goals slightly and try again.
■ Keep a 4 habit limit: Even the smallest habits become burdensome if you pile them on. It is recommended that you do not make more than 4 miniHABITs. Manage your habits at the "create a habit" tab, and drag it into the "habit tracking" area to keep track and manage your habits.
■ Note Input: please add necessary notes to help you remember this habit.
■ Easy habit management through the TODAY WIDGET
■ Bonus Reps: It's good to have your goals set in a system so it is easier to record/manage. Instead of draining yourself to a goal that seems so far, try to hit and surpass the smaller goals. Please have the targeted goal(1) at a reasonable number and see how much you have exceeded.
■ Alarm Feature: It will remind you of the habits that have not been completed today.
■ Back-up feature: Data restoration and back up using Dropbox.

매일 매일 발전되고 있는 앱


사실 사용한지는 얼마 안되었지만 1년간 계속해서 업데이트하고 문의에 답변해주신걸 보니 앱 자체에 애정이 많으신 개발자님이라는 생각이 들어서 구매했습니다.
실제로 좋은 기능들을 많이 갖추고 있는 앱인거 같아요! 정말 내가 사용하기 위해서, 어떻게 하면 더 편리하고 효과적일지 고민하신 흔적들이 보여요.

이 어플 몰랐을 땐 해빗트래커 다른 어플 썼는데 그건 이렇게 미니해빗에 딱 맞춰지지 않아서 불편해서 지우고 종이에 표 그려서 하고 있다가 사이트에서 댓글 보고 다운 받았네요. 딱 작은 습관 하기에 적합하고요.. 처음에 글씨 안 써지는 분들은 하루 시작시간 설정을 바꿔보세요. 저도 처음에 그것 때문에 아무것도 입력 안됐는데 하루 시작시간 지나고부턴 입력이 되더군요
아주 만족합니다. 근데 다른 트래커처럼 체인으로 연결되서도 보이게 해주셨음 좋겠어요~

위젯에서 완료한 목록이 사라지지 않아서 좋아요!!


수많은 TO DO, 할일, 습관등등의 앱을 깔았다가 지웠다가를 반복하던 중 이걸로 결제하고 정착하려구요.
다른 어플들의 위젯은 완료한 일이 위젯에서 사라지기 때문에 싫었거든요..
그런데 이 앱은 완료해도 목록을 다 볼 수 있어서 대만족입니다.
디자인도 이쁘고 기능도 좋구요.
저도 첫 설치에선 할일 입력이 안되었지만.. 지우고 다시 설치하고나니 되더군요.참고하세요.
