A company that’s afraid of public reviews to better their services.
I wrote a public complaint on their Kuwaiti instagram account, and they deleted it. They don’t want anyone know about their incompetence. Clearly that’s a bad move for an expanding ’company’! My complaint was about their delivery drivers! Every time I order something from their app, the driver then calls to ask me to drop him my google map’s location on WhatsApp! When I ask if he has my FULL address? He says that he does. Then why do you want me to save your phone number in my phone contacts, to be able to message you my location on WhatsApp?? This happens with every ‘drops’ delivery!! The amount of numbers I have to save and delete with every order is not convenient at all!! He wouldn’t deliver if I didn’t send him the location on WhatsApp despite having my FULL address! Can’t their drivers use google maps? Can’t they put the address in the app themselves? And for them to delete my public review on their account shows that they do not want to improve their services! Not going to save stranger drivers numbers on my phone to talk to then on WhatsApp every time I order something online! That’s personal and not convenient and WRONG!

I have been using drops app for a while now. Recently they have made a great improvement in their app. Love their products and offers as always!
