Each subscription will be automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current payment period. Your iTunes account will be automatically charged at the same price for renewal within the 24-hour period prior to the end of the current payment period unless you change your subscription preferences in your iTunes Account Settings. When a subscription is cancelled, access to the app’s courses and features will expire at the end of the current payment period.

Better then the owl
I love Babbel, it’s one of my favorite apps for learning languages. Recommend it to everyone. It doesn’t show you useless phrases like “are you my mother?” just to teach you grammar. It actually gives you useful content, nudges you into learning grammar and vocab that you can use right away. And as a ux person, I love how the app changes to be more and more user-oriented. When I grow app I’ll apply for a job at Babbel 😅
The only app that works
I’m a huge fan of learning languages. Right now I’m learning my 4th — Spanish. Babbel is the only app that works for me. I already see some progress and even can speak a little with my Spanish and Mexican friends. Also, it’s cheap comparing to individual classes. If you are looking for an app that could really help you improve your language skills — Babbel is the way to go.

Please, give money back!
I’m not good at mobile user and this app take my money(auto subscription) for 1 year! Then I wrote them, but they don’t answer for four days! Where the 20 days money back garaient? How I get my money???? It is big money I need it for really important things.

Hi there! This subscription was made via Apple, this makes the process a bit different as they are in charge of their own subscriptions. First of all, you need to cancel your subscription with them following the next steps: 1) Tap Settings on your iPhone or iPad; 2) Tap iTunes & App Store; 3) Tap your Apple ID, and Tap View Apple ID and sign in if necessary; 4) Tap Subscriptions and you'll see the Babbel subscription with the option to cancel it.
