SDM Dialer is an exclusive client application of VECTANT SDM.
The dialer is not able to boot only itself.
Please use with the application of [Vectant SDM] Agent

2. The user is needed to have a condition to connect with [VECTANT SDM] through the internet.
"Dialer" app is the maintenance the own address book and make use for phone call. The address book data getting from "Vectant SDM" App (Distribution Address Book).
For Distribution Address Book, we need to Register or Contract "Vectant SDM" cloud Service.
