This podcast is fantastic! I lost some weight and I feel so motivated and focused on my goal. This is week 6 of my running 5K101 and feel excited to start week 7 and finally week 8!!! It is interesting that for the first time in my life I really enjoy running and looking forward to each training session. I like the music, I also like to run at a comfortable pace. This podcast is definitely worth trying! Thanks a million Todd Lang for creating this awesome podcast!!!
