AliExpress Shopping App 12+

I really enjoy using Aliexpress, it has made my life so much easier. One comment though, if I want to choose more than one item for the same product for example more than one color of the same bag, I can't do that except making two orders. And if I add each item to cart individually and buy them from there, it becomes one shipping order but the shipping cost would be repeated 2 or 3 times. Please add the option of selecting more than one item, or only adding shipping once for same product and same seller in the cart.

I have made a order and before the buyer protection limit end i contacted the supplier and he said don’t open a refund your parcel will be there soon , anyway after 15 days protection exceeded i reached him again and he said it’s lost and he will refund me and to not worry ! I reached customer support they read all my chat with him and said don’t worry we will refund you everything is so clear and open me a ticket , next day at 8 am i got a email from them that my request is rejected ! I don’t understand why they don’t want to refund me when the seller is requesting me to open a refund ticket because my goods wasn’t delivered . The only reason is that peoples there don’t want to work and need to find any excuse to decline any ticket even without taking a look on whole conversation with the customer agent ! You are the worth and for me you guys are thief so enjoy my 100$ you took 😠

this app is literally so amazing i order from it all the time I’m obsessed. If you see this and ur order still didn’t come, it’s totally normal don’t worry they said it’s normal ( I still got my order after 3 months ). I love this app so much you should definitely try it! My daughter ordered some littlest pet shop toys and they came. They’re literally so cute I recommend 100%. If you’re reading this thank you.
