WhatsApp is great. I’ve been using this app for years now and the new status and TouchID features are outstanding.

What I meant by need an improvement is about privacy settings for status. Its way better if you provide a way to make several groups out of our contacts that we can select as a group if we want to change who can see the status that we post because right now if we want to change the viewers we have to do it by selecting one by one. With adding the feature to make groups for the status viewing privacy settings it makes it easier to change the group of people who sees the status in just one click. I think that would be awesome and way easier.

For example say we have friends from work and others are family. Right now if we wont to share the status only with family members we would have to uncheck all the others and select family members one by one manually.

But if we had the chance to group people in privacy settings we could go and select family group and uncheck all the other groups that we have there.

WhatsApp is the greatest messaging app ever created. I have nothing wrong to say about it. I use an iPhone Xs as my primary device and I use an iPhone 6 as a secondary device which I use for work and stuff but I used same WhatsApp on both the phones (linked by web) and right after the feature was introduced (linking WhatsApp to another phone) I used like that and it’s very easy and efficient. After that they announced that they are gonna drop support for iPhones with older iOS version (iOS 12 or older). I had no issue till yesterday. My younger brother mistakenly deleted WhatsApp on my iPhone 6. So I downloaded it again but can’t link my WhatsApp to this phone. It would be very helpful if you can give that feature back. Because it was already there in it. I hope your team would give that feature back

I don’t like the new update with the option to either completely switch off or select who can see when I’m ‘Online’. I don’t see the point in it. It is like living in paranoia. Please remove it.

I also don’t like the new beta version for WhatsApp web on windows laptop as it doesn’t get updated at the same time as WhatsApp on phone. For example: If I want to chat with a friend using WhatsApp web, even though I see my friend being ‘online’ through WhatsApp on my phone, I do not see the friend being ‘online’ on WhatsApp web until I click on the typing space to type the message. So until I either check WhatsApp on my phone or click on the typing box, I have no way of knowing if my friend is online. So please fix this.
