Produced by Dan the Automator (Gorillaz's self-titled debut), The Love Album is the first studio LP from former Opossum lead singer Anaïs. Released three years after her 2005 live debut album The Cheap Show, it includes the singles "Peut-Être une Angine," "J'Sais Pas," and "I Love You," a track from the Berlin LSFM festival show she produced. ~ Jon O'Brien, Rovi

French folk-blues chanteuse Anaïs first surfaced fronting the popular rock band Opossum before mounting a solo career in 2003. Born Anaïs Croze in Grenoble on August 20, 1976, she grew up in Marseille and later studied English in Aix-en-Provence. Anaïs led Opossum from 1999 to late 2002, when the band dissolved in the wake of its debut effort Excuse-Moi, J'voulais Te D'mander.
