Gallows

About Gallows

The U.K. hardcore punk band Gallows issued their debut album, Orchestra of Wolves, in September 2006. It was greeted by enthusiastic reviews in the punk and metal press, but, more unusually, was championed by traditionally indie papers such as the NME. Their incendiary appearance at the 2007 SXSW festival in Austin sparked an international bidding frenzy. Esteemed punk label Epitaph won the rights to distribute the band in the U.S., and the quartet subsequently signed a million-dollar, four-album deal with Warner Bros.
