In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Climbing onto my little drum stool at three years old counting off my parents cover band and jamming away without a care in the world. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dashboard Confessional, The Places You Have Come to Fear the Most blink-182, Take off Your Pants and Jacket blink-182, The Mark, Tom and Travis Show (The Enema Strikes Back!) [Live] Blink-182 was the first band I listened to and thought.. "doing what they do would be awesome." They inspired me to start bands in high school, then start writing songs. Chris Caraba was also a huge inspiration to start putting my words on paper. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Flashbacks” This was one of the last songs I wrote for the Flashbacks EP, and as a songwriter it's one I'm very proud of. The words still speak to me any time I hear it. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Sitting here updating my Apple Music profile TWENTY YEARS since releasing my first songs. The fact people still listen to my music on a regular basis absolutely blows my mind and I'm forever grateful for everyone who's supported my artistry. -ds Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I still have more music to create and release as Jamestown Story, and I hope to do that in the not too distant future :)
