About Robert J. Kral

Australian TV and film composer Robert J. Kral has a number of television series credits including The Dresden Files, Jake 2.0, and Miracles. He won an Annie Award for Best Music in an Animated Television Production for Duck Dodgers and scored the TV series Angel for five seasons, resulting in the soundtrack album Angel: Live Fast, Die Never, released by Rounder Records on May 17, 2005 . Moving into film, he scored the straight-to-video animated film Superman: Doomsday with a soundtrack album released on La-La Land Records on October 23, 2007. The label also released two other soundtracks for animated home-video features with scores featuring Kral: Batman: Gotham Knight (July 29, 2008), on which he shared composing duties with Kevin Manthei and Christopher Drake, and Green Lantern: First Flight (October 6, 2009). Kral also scored the theatrically released feature film The Haunting in Connecticut, with a soundtrack album released by Bulletproof on March 31, 2009. ~ William Ruhlmann
