Sugar Minott's sweet vocals and songwriting ability have translated to just about every aspect associated with Jamaican music. Early in his career he was known as a reggae artist, but ended up becoming one of the spearhead figures in the development of dancehall and the U.K. based lovers rock. Dancehall Business is a budget Reggae Savers compilation from Heartbeat, showcasing Minott's versatility from the smooth lovers rock on "Lover's Race," the politically militant "Hard Time Pressure," and the dance hit "Dancehall Business."
