About Unladylike
Tee (aka Teosha Thomas) and Gunna (aka Jasmine Baker) began making rhymes when they were friends in high school and, by 2002, had already recorded their first song together. In 2007, they participated in a BET contest for unknown talent, and quickly impressed the judges, who brought them to Def Jam Chairman L.A. Reid. They were immediately signed to a deal and began work on their debut album, CERTIFIED, which features production by Ty Fyffe and boasts the singles “Bartender Scummy Dummy” and “D’ough.”
