Coldwell Banker Commercial v. Steven E. Wightman

DAUKSCH, J. Petitioner Coldwell Banker Commercial seeks certiorari review of the trial court's order on its motion for clarification/reconsideration of the court's previous interlocutory order granting in part and denying in part respondent Steven E. Wightman's motion and amended motion to compel discovery. We conclude that Coldwell Banker's petition for writ of certiorari must be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as untimely filed.
