Kenneth Wayne Campbell v. State Tennessee

In this post-conviction proceeding, the sole issue before this Court is whether the petitioner, Kenneth Wayne Campbell, was denied his constitutional right to the effective assistance of counsel on direct appeal to this Court. After an evidentiary hearing, the trial court found no merit to the petitioners claim. We affirm the trial courts judgment.
