Appellant was convicted of possession of less than twenty-eight grams of cocaine, and was sentenced to fifteen years confinement. The Court of Appeals affirmed his conviction. Rance v. State, 789 S.W.2d 337 (Tex.App.-Houston [14th] 1990). We granted appellants petition to determine whether the Court of Appeals erred in holding that there was sufficient probable cause to stop, arrest or search appellant.
