Untamed Dice is an actual play podcast featuring our Savage Worlds campaign, Brave New Worlds. Join us as our players plumb the depths of the multiverse seeking to destroy or contain creatures and artifacts from beyond time and space. Or at least go insane trying. We also play a variety of other table top RPGs like Kobolds Ate My Baby and Gamma World to try out new stuff, get a one-shot in, or simply take a break with a short story in another setting. Some of the language is not appropriate for children and music attributions can be found in track descriptions.

In this episode of the Untamed Rant we talk about two subjects. First we cover horror and some of the ways you can boost the horror of your games. While cliches can hurt the game at times, horror might be one place to use them in force, but how? We also discuss half-breed races. From half-orcs and genasi to teiflings and half-elves we talk about the strengths and weaknesses of these options at the table. There is dissapointment and potential, growth and room to grow, half-breeds represent some of the best and worst of RPG subconscious commentary.
