Why my messages are deleted?
More than once I notice that my conversions with other people are deleted for no reason. For the first time, the interlocutor himself deleted all our messages and they were deleted from both of us, but the second time with another interlocutor the messages began to disappear among the conversation. Can you do something about it? Please.🙏🏻
app doesn’t work properly
For the past few days the app is working horribly. If I download stories, quality is horrible, even though setting very at “download with the highest quality”. I deleted the app and then uploaded it again for several times, changed settings, shortened videos so the file wouldn’t be too big, but everything I uploaded to stories were in horrible quality. I don’t understand why, since I haven’t changed anything and everything was good before.
And today I just can’t access app at all! Tried to open the app and it just says “refresh the page, there is a problem”. That’s it.
First it wouldn’t let download anything with good quality, now - can’t even open the app 😑

Hey :) I actually love this app but I have a problem, sometimes I post something and after a while I don't like a particular picture anymore and I would like to be able to change it to another one. Because it is annoyed and awkward that you have to post again and people have already seen these pictures. Thank you!
