My instagram is broken?

As the title suggests I fear that my beloved instagram is broken. So I have had the app for a while now a few years at most and I use it everyday, for some reason today, Saturday, February 2 it stops working, not let me explain what I mean, every time I go on the app it freezes completely, it won’t let me click on anything at all it just freezes, and I’m not going to delete the app and reinstall it because I have an account that I forgot the password of and I still haven’t verified that account, so logging back into it would be hard. Anyway I keep going on it a leaving it it still doesn’t work, I reset the app like a hundred times still not working. I would like this issue fixed if possible...

HELP! Broken Instagram DM’s.

Hello. 4 days ago after updating Instagram, the DM’s stopped working (they are stuck on loading screen and nothing shows up). Everything is good but the DM’s are not. Everyone can send me messages but i can’t open them. Tried sending message from persons profile directly but again the inbox is not working. Tried logging to other devices, same. Tried logging from browsers, same. Tried reinstlling account, changing password, cleaning chache but same. Please help me or update it again without the bug. I think i am not the only one with this kind of problem.

Bad Option

After many years using instagram and on the end my account was disabled by unknown reasons and after filing complaint i get answer from official instagram that is disabled by mistake and thay problem is solved. Nothing is solved, almost one week i cant login and still blocked. I had 12k followers account for landscape photography with great feed and brand ambassador program. I received almost 100 same mails and my problem still exist. After that i cant give a positive review.
